Surrounded by the biodiverse forest of Sattari, Revelry Distillery is the outcome of enhancing the traditional craft of distilling with advanced technology. It is home to India’s first, 5-step distillation process that’s unmatched in its ability to produce luxury spirits of quality. And this proved to be pathbreaking when we set out to capture the essence of wild botanicals in our first spirit, Vanaha Artisanal Gin. Making it possible to truthfully distil the spirit of the forest to create a drinking experience that not only raises the bar but sets a whole new standard.
The idea of Vanaha took birth as I was strolling through the woods. To capture the magnificence of the Van or the forest, in a spirit that could inspire Aha moments of wild delight, seemed incredible. And I believe only a liquid as versatile as the gin can capture the densely intricate ecosystem of the forest in a bottle.
